We know how important your time is so we do our best to ensure we arrive during the earlier portion of our service window. But, if an earlier repair or appointment lasts much longer than we anticipated, this timeframe allows the repairman some time to still arrive on schedule in the service window. We always call 10-15 minutes prior to their arrival.
